Colance is a technology-driven creative production network founded in Kerala, India. We exist to give independent filmmakers, brands, and studios access to world-class post-production — without the overhead of a traditional agency.
Where it started.
Colance was born from a simple frustration: exceptional post-production talent was scattered and inaccessible, while clients struggled to find specialists who could match their creative vision with technical precision.
We built a distributed network model — curating the best editors, colourists, motion designers, and retouchers from across India and beyond, and connecting them with projects that deserve their skill. Remote-first from day one, we operate across time zones without compromising on quality or communication.
Today, Colance works with independent filmmakers, wedding photographers, commercial brands, and digital agencies — delivering post-production that is precise, cinematic, and on time.

One idea that kept growing.
After more than eight years working in creative production and post-production, I've seen the industry from the inside — as an editor, as part of creative teams, and while managing the people and workflows behind the work.
Along the way, I saw the same challenge from both sides. Businesses need reliable creative talent without the complexity of managing multiple freelancers. And talented creatives need better opportunities, clearer workflows, and the freedom to focus on what they do best.
Colance is my vision of bringing those two worlds together — building a managed creative network where great people can do great work, and where businesses can get creative production done with confidence.
